J was born via caesarean weighing 2.8kg, 48 cm long with a head of lustrous dark hair! Both mother and baby are doing well, My4girls was able to have skin on skin contact and establish breast feeding whilst still in theatre and then recovery. J was not cleaned of vernex. Both of these things were very important to My4girls, and apparently skin in skin with baby in theatre is now protocol for women undergoing caesareans via epidural and spinal ...
