I think it feels like a long time because of all the grief and loss that's happened this year. 			<description>James felt like he came about really fast. It was only a moment after Spikees 1st b'day that he came about. He was a total surprise. I was shocked to bits! Spikee on the other hand came about after 7 years of owning and feeling trauma (he was due on Stylish's 8th b'day - and put in an appearance some 3weeks later  )



What do you think is to soon for you personally / physically (if you had surgery - epesiotomy is surgery too, not just c/sec), base your answer on your past births or anythigng  ...</description>

			<description>since i realised i was pregnant in December last year, i've been taking Blackmore's pregnancy and breastfeeding gold and blackmores total calcium. initially i took megafol as well, but after the first bottle my folate levels were fine so i stopped.



three months ago i started 1000mg of vitamin c daily, and i tried 40 days on Vitex, but there's so much opposing information about it that i finished that bottle and stopped, and switched to an extra B-complex instead.
