			<description>Hi everyone, I've been feeling really tired/grumpy/hormonal/fuzzy/apathetic for about a year, doctor did full bloods and found that my vit D was 9. I've been on two vit D a day for 3 months but nothing has changed. i don't know wether i need to try/add anything else. i'm making myself keep to a routine as if nothing gets done it really brings me down. DH is brillant and tells me i'm not a faliure if there are dishes in the sink etc.. but I still feel as if i'm not keeping it together. I haven't  ...</description>
